From the app

If you have access to Swapii, open Profile → Settings → Delete account. Review the information about your groups and outstanding items, confirm your sign-in, and follow the deletion confirmation steps. The app shows the cancellation window and request status.

You can use Profile → Settings → Export your data to request a copy before deleting. These instructions apply to versions that include account settings.

Can’t get into your account?

Email hi@swapii.app with the subject “Swapii account deletion,” ideally from the email associated with your account. Tell us that you want to delete your account. We will verify the request before taking action; never send your password or sign-in codes.

What happens to your information

The deletion process removes your profile, closet photos and personal account data. Limited records may need to remain to settle outstanding handoffs and returns, meet legal obligations or protect against abuse. Other people may have their own copies of content you shared.

Before deleting, arrange returns and resolve pending swaps or gifts with your friends. Deletion does not complete a physical handoff or transfer ownership. The app explains the effect on your groups and commitments before you confirm.
